Model Janice Dickinson tells jury that Cosby drugged, raped her

NY: A former model Janice Dickinson, the fourth of five accusers, reportedly told a jury on Thursday that Bill Cosby raped her in 1982 after giving her a pill that left her "motionless". That case ended in a mistrial when the jury became deadlocked.

Dickinson said she wanted the book's sections about her rape to be complete and honest and gave that information to Fenjves but its use was overruled by publisher Judith Regan.

Prosecutors have been seeking to prove that the man once revered as "America's Dad" was one of Hollywood's biggest predators long before he met Andrea Constand, the chief accuser in his retrial. Prosecutors aim to demonstrate that the experiences of these five women are part of a pattern, that Cosby hit the same beats every time.

In his opening statements, defense attorney Tom Mesereau said Cosby confided in Constand that he never got over the death of his son, Ennis, and that he was lonely.

The first of the women to testify, Heidi Thomas, told jurors Tuesday that Cosby knocked her out with wine and forced her to perform oral sex in Reno, Nev., in 1984. Constand said she also spoke with Cosby to arrange tickets for her family to attend one of his shows.
