The NFL has officially announced a new ruling on the play. Parkey just happened to miss multiple kicks over the course of the season. Bears head coach Matt Nagy had an epic reaction to the missed kick, as did the team's mascot - who literally died on the field.

Immediately after the kick, NFL Network reporter Ian Rapoport revealed his colleague Mike Garafolo texted him predicting Parkey would hit the upright with his kick.

It's entirely possible there's a random stranger named Cody Parkey who's waking up to hundreds of dollars thanks to drunk, delirious Eagles fans. He smacked the football with his right foot, sending it toward the field goal, but the ball hit the left upright and bounced onto the crossbar, before falling forward, resulting in a loss. "There's really no answer to it". I didn't make it. When I saw it going in, I turned back around [away from the goal posts]. "Then I heard everybody screaming, I was like, oh, [bleep]. he missed it".

After Hester gave the details, people still weren't convinced that the kick had been tipped.

Hart, though, said that he's not ready to forgive people for their "attack to end me", that is, bringing up old tweets. During Hart's appearance on The Ellen Show , Hart spoke about outside forces who were seeking to hurt his career.

If you were listening to the Spanish radio call of the dramatic 16-15 finish, you would have thought announcer Rickie Ricardo was going to jump through your speakers with how enthusiastic he was.

It still hurts, and I think this one may hurt for a while.

If you zoom-in on the photo, you can see Hester's index finger slightly touch the ball.
